This is an excellent blend of oils like clove, mustard, sesame etc used traditionally to reduce inflammation in muscles, ligaments, joints and tendons. Clove oil is a natural pain-reliever. Those who have used it have had great benefit from it. The oil is massaged into the muscles and left overnight for better therapeutic effect.
DR ALI'S JOINT SUPPORT OIL CAN BE USED FOR:
ACHING JOINTS - Arthritis
‘early-morning stiffness’ is a characteristic symptom of arthritis, a condition where the joint surfaces become inflamed.
Massage the tissues surrounding the joints with Dr Ali's Joint Support Oil. Rub until the oil is absorbed. This will help the inflammation. Massage the muscles above and below the affected joints too. This is best done at bedtime, leaving the oil to soak in overnight.
MUSCLE PAIN - Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia means literally pain (algia) in the fibres (fibro) of the muscles (myos). The pain occurs in distinct areas, unlike the generalised aching muscles that you find with, san flu, chronic fatigue syndrome or calcium deficiency.
Ease inflammation with my formulation of herbal oils, Dr Ali's Joint Support Oil. Find the sore spots and massage them with a little oil until it is absorbed. Do this daily for a month. lf you cant reach the area, ask a partner or friend to do it.
ARTHRITIS - Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis, a degenerative disease that can affect most joints, especially weight-bearing ones such as hips, knees, ankles and back Joints consist of two bone surfaces facing each other. To help them move smoothly, they are cushioned by cartilage. In a joint affected by arthritis, the protective cartilage at the end of the bones is gradually worn away.
Using a little Joint Support Oil, massage the lower back and buttocks with fingertips and thumbs for three minutes. Do the same with the upper part of the thigh, right down to the knee, then the groin and inner top part of the thigh, finishing with the bony protrusion above the hip joint on the side, going up and down and around it.
REPETITIVE STRAIN INJURY (RSI) - like playing the violin
You are suffering from what is commonly called repetitive strain injury (RSl). When you play, you hold the bow with your fingers and move the arm repeatedly. These repetitive movements use one group of muscles over and over again. The muscles get strained and then injured because they rarely get a chance to recover properly. Musicians are not the only ones affected. There are many cases of this problem occurring in sportsmen (RSl was often referred to as tennis elbow), writers, typists and other manual workers such as decorators. RSI is also a major problem in offices where computers are used. Many employees have sued their companies for compensation for work-related injury.
At the end of the day, massage the arm with Dr Ali's Joint Oil. Use your thumb to locate the sore tendons that run along the arm and massage these downwards. Using the ball of the opposite hand, briskly rub the sore area up and down so that you cause friction, which warms up the tissue. This is extremely healing.
FLAT FEET - Flat feet are due to dropped arches
Flat feet are due to dropped arches. Arches make standing possible because they help to distribute weight across the base of the foot. We walk by using a "heel-toe" movement. Arches enable the heel and toe to make contact with the ground alternately. If you have flat feet your toes and heels have to be lifted to walk: Running is facilitated by the propulsion created by the arches, with the toes as the point of contact. People born with dropped arches seldom feel much discomfort because they are used to them. But if the arches drop because of, say, weight gain, poor nutrition, excess acid in the body or standing all day, this can cause tremendous pain.
Massage the leg and foot with Dr Ali's Joint Support Oil. Start massaging the shin downward from the knee to the ankle, using your thumb or four fingers. Then massage the calf downward to the Achilles tendon. Do this for five minutes. Then use your thumbs to massage the underside of your feet, starting from the heel and going up to the toes. (You will have to sit down and bend your knees to do this, bringing each foot up over the other knee - if you're unable to do this, ask someone else to do the massage for you.) The plantar fascia will feel very sore, so start with a gentle massage and increase the pressure as you get used to it. Then, with the base of your palm, rub it vigorously until the friction makes it hot. This will take five to seven minutes, by which time you should feel a burning sensation.
BACK PAIN - backaches and pain are muscular rather than skeletal
Most backaches and pain are muscular rather than skeletal in origin. Homo sapiens inherited back trouble because our ancestors started to walk upright. If you look at the spine, all the weight of the organs is in the front. Because of this, the body tends to fall forward so the back muscles act like the ropes of a pulley, to keep us erect, (Think you always fall forwards when you faint.) If your posture changes and you stoop forwards - due to a desk job, lots of forward-bending work (e.g., lifting) or exercises such as sit-ups and rowing –the spinal muscles will be over strained.
Get a friend or massage therapist to massage the muscles of the entire spine, the buttocks and hamstrings (back of thighs), focusing on the side that hurts. Also massage your right arm and shoulder with Dr Ali's Joint Support oil.
RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS - Natural Remedies for Rheumatoid Arthritis (Seronegative Arthritis)
The term 'rheumatoid' originates from the Greek 'rheuma', which means a cold, damp condition. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease, meaning that the body is turning against its own immune system.
Massage the affected joints at bedtime for two months. Use Dr Ali's Joint Oil.
